Your Rock In A Box journey starts with our simple ‘Diamond Discovery’ process that lets us know a little bit about you and helps us make the right match for you.

Discovery
Complete our simple Diamond Discovery questionnaire. This gives our master jeweller some background on what will suit you best.

Consultation
On completion of the discovery phase, you’ll have direct access to one of our experts. They’ll work with you more to understand finer details around your individual needs and prepare a sourcing brief for your approval. With access to the world’s best natural and lab grown diamonds and gemstones, we’re confident we’ll find what you are looking for.

Sourcing & Selection
We will source and present you with 3 pieces, hand-picked to best match your brief. We’ll then provide a quote on your preferred selection. Being 100% online, we’ve got less overheads than a ‘bricks & mortar’ jeweller, and you’ll reap the benefits in a very competitive purchase price.

Payment & Delivery
We will arrange delivery in our discreet packaging to your nominated address. We take care of postal insurance and shipping fees. Your diamond will be delivered with complete GIA certification.
