Full payment of the diamond is required to lock in our unique pricing to procure the diamonds from the world diamond market. The outstanding balance for the ring will need to be paid prior to shipping. Any alterations or additions to the original purchase will incur additional charges.

ROCK IN A BOX offers a 12-month limited warranty for all diamond rings.

Unfortunately, our warranty will be voided if there are visible signs of damage caused by negligence or misuse. Our warranty is also voided if another jeweller undertakes any work or resizes the ring.

All ROCK IN A BOX rings are made to your finger size, your style and to your design. We use the Australian alphabetical scale to measure ring sizes. If you are not aware of your finger size, visit any jewellery store to have your size measured using the alphabetical scale or ROCK IN A BOX can post to you a Multisizer ring belt completely free of charge.

The Multisizer Ring Belt arrives with easy-to-use instructions to measure your finger size.

You can have size variations over a 12-month period. For example, in summer when it’s warmer your finger is likely to swell, and in winter when it’s colder your finger is likely to shrink a little.

Only a diamond can scratch a diamond, as diamonds are the hardest natural material known and sit at 10 on the top of Moh’s hardness scale.

You do need to be careful as they can still be chipped or cleaved if your diamond accidentally hits a hard surface.

All white gold rings are finished with a rhodium-plated finish and over time the rhodium-plated finish may require re-plating depending on your activity and how your ring is worn.
It is recommended you remove your ring when attending the gym, lifting weights, swimming or gardening. It is also not recommended to wear your ring beside another ring as these activities are likely to accelerate the wear and tear of the ring and the rhodium-plated finish.

When you are not wearing your beautiful ring, try to keep it in the original ROCK IN A BOX box.

Your new ROCK IN A BOX diamond performs like a mirror as it is a perfectly cut diamond. However, if you wash up with your rings on or use hand creams without removing your rings, these oils all dull the brilliance of your diamond.

To keep that forever sparkle, it is recommended to clean your diamond jewellery at home by making your own cleaning solution; use hot water, add in some dishwashing liquid and ammonia.

Allow your ring to soak in the solution for at least 10 minutes to dissolve any oils, hand cream brushing the underside of the diamond -the culet and facets of the diamond and the setting with a soft toothbrush.

Rinse off well with warm water and use paper tissues to dry your jewellery piece.

For all our Natural Diamonds, we only use only GIA Certificates.
For all Lab Grown Diamonds, we only use GIA and IGI Certificates.

From time to time there may be some delays due to circumstances beyond our control. ROCK IN A BOX shall not be held responsible for these setbacks or delays whether it be an approval for your computer design CAD, fabrication delays, or with the delivery time of your ring.

ROCK IN A BOX will deliver your new diamond proposal or engagement ring fully insured with Q Report to your address where you will have to sign for the package. All items will be delivered with a tracking number.

Loose Diamonds are considered a higher risk and currently are not offered with the 12-month Q Report policy. Loose Diamonds will be shipped under a different Insurance policy

Returns: If you need to return the ring for whatever reason, you will have to arrange your own insurance cover. ROCK IN A BOX will not be held responsible for the item in transit or damages to the item being returned or if it is lost.
