Why we created Rock in a Box
Rock In A Box origins are no different to that of any other industry breakaway.
With online sales of jewellery skyrocketing, the personal touch that always existed when shopping in store was lost. The founders of Rock In A Box noticed a void that other luxury jewellery brands couldn’t fill.
We removed the front-end sales process and now take our customers down a path of discovery. Only once our customers individual needs are understood will we present pieces that we think match our customers brief.
We also didn’t want to service all Jewellery Categories, so we specialise in engagement rings, proposal rings and loose diamonds & gemstones.
Experience Meets Innovation
Our Co-Founder is an Internationally accredited Gemmologist and Designer with over 40 years’ industry experience. Having owned and operated several successful retail jewellery outlets throughout Australia, we wanted to redirect that experience and passion into a completely new experience for our customers.
Selling beautiful diamonds has always been our passion. Now we have found a better way to provide a better service at a better price for our customers.
